It blossoms and grows

Need Character Names

I need more names for good chracters. I have to fill a doctor, boy names, men names, women names, and girl names, probably more too. I would like it very much if posted your thoughts on good names for thoughout the series as a comment to this post, thanks a bunch. You're a big help in the proccess of writing. I can't do this alone and need help.

Changes in Progress

There are many changes going on with the blog currently. I'm writing the books right now and the info in the past posts aren't so true anymore. I didn't want to take them down though. I have decided the story plan and now have stuck to it with limited options of change. The future posts will be more accurate and can't wait till I release the book on my site.

Part by Part

I've written chapter 1 through 5 right now, and don't know how well it turned out. It won't be the same as it is now, because I'm constantly editing it in my free time. I've worked almost a full year on the book, and won't stop halfway. Thanks for supporting me and someday I can thanks my fans who helped me find my true talent. I love to write and have many thinks to tell one day. Some of them include my best friends, and my current LA teacher who inspires me to write. I will never forget your support and help you gave me.

New Cover!

I'm so excited, because... I made a cover. I found this cool picture on google and made it into my cover. I don't own the picture, no copyright intended. I love the cover better than I thought and am working hard on the book. With SUMMER coming close I'll have more time to work and make the book the best thing I've ever written. I really want to make this book a published book because I've working a good year about on it and now it's my life. If I could be an author, maybe a dream come true. 

Changes

I've been reconsidering the story plot and asked a couple of people to help me, I'm working on it. I won't be posting as often, maybe more for your help. I need help and am going through a hard time. You can tell my feeling as you read the book. I'll release part by part when I finish write.

Important Info

I wrote most of the stuff in my books, maybe not all. I've been reading several series as I wrote, but just inspired byt hem. These series include Night World, Maximum Ride(Duh), Twilight, and more. I tried not to do anything, I wrote most of my own events an tried to swerve away from them. It's hard to, maybe that's why I paused. I never read the Dark Angel Triology, not yet. I don't know what it's about eve, I won't read it for a while though for sure. I don't copy the stuff from other books, I try to think of my own events while enjoying reading. I am trying to copy them or use their work without permission.Just wanted to get that out first because it's been worrying me crazy. Just try and trust my word, thanks.

Longer Wait

I don't know how many of you want to wait for the book. I know two of my friends are, and that'a about all. But don't judge a book by it's cover. I know I haven't released much yet, but soon will release more. I haven't been posting lately because I may be going through depression, but have to survive 8th grade first before I can make any more progress. I will post more over the summer and work more, or try. Don't say you don't like it beacause you haven't seen it all yet. There is more coming, remember this is only the first book, not last yet. The last one will be written who knows when, I'm working hard to get through the first though.

Think before you judge a book by it's cover. More action to come later in the series. But to understand the rest of the book to come soon, this one will be crucial to read. It contains how the two met and the conflict forms, but doesn't get fixed exactly.

Still working on the book, sorry for taking so long. I am trying to get it finished, but started working on parts of book two already. Meet Darkness and Light

Darkness is Isabelle's father, hard to believe because he's the one after her now. He was on the good side, but something stole his life and changed his life. He still loves his daughter, but has to kill her or get her to join the dark side. He seems like the bad guy, which he is through out most of it. But, anyone can have a change of heart at any moment.

Light is Isabelle's mother, she fights for Isabelle's spirit. She saves her plenty of times, but can stop her from dying every time since the enemy is her father. He gets her, but Isabelle has a weird mix of emotions. She loves her daughter and cares about her happiness. She stil believes her husband can change his heart and deflect back to the good side like Isabelle has chosen. She doesn't want everything to fall aprt between them or for one of Isabelle's parents to die.

Need Followers

Anyone want previews or secrets about the books, trust me there are many. I won't give them for free, well maybe some. I haven't put much content up on the blog yet, but that might change soon. If I get more followers, or email subscribers, I will post more conent than I'm now. The book isn't out enough yet and I'm just submitted a piece to Apple Sauce to let the world know it exists. Meet Quinn

Quinn is one of Isabelle's main friends, he is somewhat her conscience about her choices. He is the vampire that changes her to har current form. Isabelle was originally going to be changed by Quinn at the car crash, I'll post the old version of that part later, but I changed it to be that she can't make it and it's a last resort. Isabelle and Quinn fight like friends do, but they can't stay mad at each other for long because they need each other to survive. They each about 15 years old in the second book. Quinn was cahnged when he was about 13, 2 years before Isabelle. He knows he's in danger, but her does it for Isabelle. It'll be hinted at times in the book, but, he has a little crush on Isabelle. He knows that Daniel is her soulmate, but Quinn secretly loves Isabelle. That's prt of the reason he changed her, not any of the other vampires in the area too.

His soul is dark, and his hart doesn't beat unlike Isabelle's. He cares about the gang, like the rest of the gang he is against the Dark Side for what they don't to his family. His family was killed by the vampire nobles and he was changed, it happened when he was 12. He escaped and created the gang to revenge them. Everyone in the gang has been hurt before.

Quinn is silent in the book mostly. He seems like a background character, but he's a main. He has a strong voice, and tends to use it to fight instead of convince others. He changes his mind somewhat easily, if you know him for sure. 

What's the Series About?

I started writing the book one summer, when it all started with a dream I had one night on Summer Vacation last year at my cousins house, it was the summer of 2009 or 2010. I wrote the original and then restarted, but what is the series really about? I rewrote from the beginning every time I thought I needed to rewrite and over time the plot kept changing, I've decided on the plot of the first book and I'm trying not to change it this time. Here is the series summary through book three without giving away the little details and maybe the endings.

The series Dark Angel Series is a three book series, it's not the Dark Angel Triology. I've never read the books or even saw the show before. This series is about Isabelle and her friends, not many understand who Isabelle really is. She is a Dark Angel, I don't mean to offend religions in this way. Isabelle faces many challenges throughout the books, and meets many people who join her. Most of her friends and gang have been hurt in a way and have joined together to fight the Dark Side. The story is their journey as they learn who they are on the inside and their friendship that can't be broken by anything. They fight that way to saving the world from it's dreadful ending. That's pretty much how the series is without spoiling the fun of reading it. I'm not trying to copy anyone's work, it's all my work. I wrote this, and I own it. Don't copy it.

Changes

Over the next few weeks I'll be rearranging the website a little, editing the posts and more. If you log on to see the website different don't worry, it might take a while to sort it all out again. I'm really glad you support my books, I'm still writing the first one. If can get get enough help, maybe it'll be published. I haven't worked on my dedications yet, but there is still space left.

The Final Battle Sneak Peak

I've started writing the third and maybe last book, I wrote part for Applesause. I hope it makes it, but here is an extended version.

Family becomes enemies and love become hate. Can Isabelle save the bonds between her family and her once sister Sarah before everything comes crashing down? Read on to find out.

The sky was dark and the air was cold around Isabelle's body as she flew through the star-filled night sky. Her dark angel wings were getting tired from tonight's long list of errands, she was only about half way done. She sighed, the sky was still dark and more had to be done before she could return home to rest. It was almost silent, the only sound you could hear were the gentle flapping of Isabelle's wings she'd been cursed with. She never wanted to be like this, this wasn't her choice.

The breeze was gentle blowing through Isabelle's dark brown hair. She enjoyed flying at night , the sky was clear and quiet. Flying had beat walking in the long run. A distant bullet shot shattered the silence of the night. The bullet had scraped her left wing, if it had hit she would of crashed. The girl who fired it flew up off the ground into the air, she was only a foot away from her once sister.

Isabelle saw Sarah and the tension of the night grew stronger. They were once family until she joined the dark side and changed. "Sarah! How could you, turn your backs to us and laugh. You betrayed us all!" Upset, the tears rolled down Isabelle's cheeks as she tried to forget that painful night. They were now bitter enemies.

Sarah just laughed at Isabelle's expense, "You still think of that? Love makes us weak. I never cared about any of you, you were weakened by love."

Isabelle floated there fighting her tears. "I saved you life. You come back and hurt the ones that saved you, you have no pity."

Sarah just laughed more, "I will show you death. You haven't looked him in hs eyes yet, you will soon." She pulled out her gun and pointed it at the wing that was missed and shot the target.

Isabelle couldn't avoid the blow in anyway, it was all too fast. She lost flight and fell toward the ground, her landing was a painful thud. Isabelle was out when she landed on the ground, only the darkness of night surrounded her.

Humans rushed out of there homes to see what happened. One women's husband was brave enough to approach Isabelle and offer her help, others stood on their porches watching the scene. Isabelle was unconscious and couldn't refuse the help.

Meet Mary

Mary is Daniel's sister, she's a year older than him. She plays a big part in helping Isabelle realize who her true friends are. She has a kind soul because she is an angel, she hovers over her brother protecting him. They have fights, but they often make up. She helps him choose what choices are the right choices and take the right path. She is obviously weaker than Isabelle, but they are great friends still. Mary doesn't make it till the end of the book sadly.

She has brown hair and green eyes like her brother. She typiclly wears her hair straight like Isabelle. She likes shirts and skirts or dresses.

Mary likes playing with her friends and enjoys having a fun time.

I made another blog for the book, it's Isabelle's personal diary. It has events in it and explains what happens more detailed. It holds emotions in it the book won't include, its like an expansion of the book.

Set Backs

I'm currently working on the book right now, and it's taking a while to write. I am half way through he first book and starting the second book. The third book is still on hold and it will be for a while, I won't start it till around the second book. I am working really hard to finish by June, thanks for supporting me. I'm trying to write the book in free time, between school work, studying, and projects. I reallly want to finish the book though, I just need more time to finish.

Suggestions

I was thinking of changing the website to World of Dark Angel Series, what do you think? I might do that, post your vote down below or in the vote box if you prefer. Meet Daniel

Daniel is Isabelle's soulmate. They are meant for each other, but that doesn't mean they won't have relationship bumps like everyone else. They go through many, but they still have feeling for each other through the hard times.

His father is a well-know movie director, and he is a actor. He starred in his first movie when Isabelle turned down the movie offer. He took it, but sorta got carried away. He learns friends matter more over dreams, the're the ones who help you through hard times and are worthless. You can't replace them that easily. Isabelle is why he is living the dream and he should of cared for her more than lie and ignore her. 

He has brown hair and green eyes, he has that look that makes girls melt for him. He likes to go with a tee shirt and ripped jeans. When he sees Isabelle, everything on his mind is forgotten and time stops around them.

Meet Annabell

Annabell was a human, until the end of Broken-Winged Love. I mentioned something about Annabell being changed human to dark angel without going becoming an angel and then exchanging blood.

While Annabell is dying in book 2, she has dark magic in her system and her system can't support that because she was human. She already had the dark component in her system, so when Daniel blessed her it mixed up and she directly became a dark angel. I know you're thinking, why is Daniel an angel? In the second book at the end Isabelle uses her only blessing to save Daniel. When Annabell is in trouble because Darkness poisons her, only Daniel can bless her and save her life.

Annabell is Isabelle's twin, they were separated at birth and met again at age 11. They turned out to go to the same school and lived in the same neighborhood.  Isabelle is born a human and becomes an angel, and later becomes a dark angel. Annabell becomes a dark angel much faster.

Here is the charcater description for Annabell:

She has blond hair still, she never changes it. Her eyes were green, but become purple like Isabelle's. Their resemblance is very close, they would be easily identified as twins.

Annabell tends to sway more to shirts and skirts, than jeans. She likes pastel colors. her typical shoes is sneakers, usually worn out from running. She wears a charm bracelet for good luck, and often has a pair of earrings on. She loves jewelry, unlike Isabelle. Isabelle only has her crystal heart.

She is brave and tries to reach her dream, but Isabelle just watches her and laughs. She is more clumsy but dares to try to show off.

Version 3 of DAA

I wrote 3 versions of Dark Angel Awaken, I'm sharing the first version I wrote when I started writing the series. This si a more interesting beginning, but too quick to the point. Here it is, the unwritten version on the internet.

Dark Angel Awaken Version 3

Things aren't alwas as they seem, I remeber the last summer of my normal life. My somewhat human life I mean, not my immortal life to follow. Anything we can’t see or hear, doesn’t mean it isn’t real. That’s what I learned, I guess I learned it too late. I couldn't save my own life before the sound of two cars crashing together. Blackness was all I saw, and ever saw after that. It wasn’t my life choice, it was Quinn’s saving my life.



Chapter 1: Almost Graduation

           
          The sounds of clapping for you, I imagine those for the moment I will walk up the isle to receive my high school diploma from my teacher. I just didn’t know I wouldn’t get it, I would realize in a few weeks. I was in 11th grade and one more year till I graduate, and go to collage. It was summer time officially, and it was going to be an awesome summer for sure. I was going to spend it with Quinn, Hope, and Sammy.

“Hey Quinn!” He looked cute in his white top and blue jeans, the only thing disturbing was the feeling that he wasn’t like everyone else. He didn’t feel human to me, he skipped lunch for almost the whole year and he didn’t get hungry. He liked fruit punch, but it didn’t look like fruit punch. Why didn’t it, I knew it wasn’t?

I didn’t know where I got a 6th sense, I’ve had it since I was born. I can tell if your upset or happy or just plain annoyed, and who you have a crush on. I also had visions of the future, before it happened. A very useful gift, and the only person who I trusted was Quinn. He knew about my 6th sense and thought it was strange like I was a witch or something. He says I’m special that way, but I have trouble reading Quinn at times. He has a secret, I can read that, what is the secret is what I can’t read. I guess I had a secret too, I wasn’t human at all. I didn’t tell him that half of the truth. I had the gift cause I wasn’t completely human.

Chapter 2: Summer Vacation

           
          School’s out! I had to find Quinn so we could have the best summer ever. I jumped in my car and drove to his house, I cut the engine off and approached his front door with a bright smile. I approached the bell and rung it, he answered it but seemed different. I could sense he wasn’t feeling too well, but it wasn’t a fever or a cold. What did he have? We just stood there in silence for a few minutes staring at each other on his door step.


          I didn’t know what was happening. I caught a glimpse of a dark shadow through the corner of my eye and I sensed it was getting closer to me. I didn’t know what it was doing to me, but I was getting dizzier each moment I was standing there. He noticed it and caught me before I hit the ground. I just passed out, I easily pass out. This time it was the dark shadow making me so dizzy I couldn’t stand straight.

When I woke up, it was morning and I found myself on Quinn’s bed. Quinn was on the computer doing something and he seemed different. He wasn’t his normal self, he was more panicked. When he was panicked, something was wrong. I had a IV in my arm, but why? Quinn noticed I was a awake and walked toward me. He suspected me of my true from.

“Are you okay Isabelle?” His voice sounded very concerned and I saw it in his eyes, they were gentle and kind.

“I don’t know what happened out there, I saw a dark shadow and I was getting dizzier each second,” he looked at me weirdly and turned away.

“You saw that?” his voice now seemed curious, but shaky.

“I did, I was nervous. It looked like it was coming for me.” I stammered as I spoke the nerve-wrecking words that froze my mind.

“I don’t think your... never mind. You want to eat breakfast?”

“I’m not what and maybe scrambled eggs and a couple strips of bacon please.” I was thinking of what he meant and I couldn’t read him.

“I’ll tell you when the time is right, and coming right up.” He was about leave the room when something caught the corner of my eye.

Something was wrong and could feel it, what was wrong about the room. Then I had saw a vision. It was me and Quinn in the room when he was randomly attacked by the dark shadow from outside, I had to stop that.

I shouted, “Quinn, watch out!” He didn’t dodge in time,the blow knocked him out. The shadow turned to me, and out of the ordinary my angel came to my side and Quinn saw the truth. Angel got rid of the shadow and I started to heal Quinn, he saw it all. I couldn’t hide the truth anymore.

My angel was concerned about me, “Isabelle how long have you been hiding, and what did you remember since the erase spell was placed on you when you were fighting and I saved you?”

“I remember everything,” I paused, “ and Quinn now knows the truth. Also the spell never worked on me, I faked it. I had a shield around me when the spell was cast.”

“You faked it... why? You promised to tell me the truth always,” Angel passed out.

Quinn got up and bravely asked, “Isabelle, you are not human. You’re a angel, why didn’t you tell me?”

“I couldn’t, I pretended I didn’t know what you meant. I was saved by Angel when I was about 10. That was when the dark shadow started following me, he has been following ever since, he won’t stop until he... kills me.” He looked at me with his big curious eyes.

He seemed to be more stable now, “We should help your angel up.”

“Quinn, I’ll help you. Also hand me that vial on your desk.” Now my voice was shaky, the shadow had never left and was about to attack me again.

“Is it this vial Isabelle, what is it?” He stared at it for a minute and looked at me.

“Yes, quickly throw it to me please.” I was getting more and more weak each second.

“Isabelle the shadow, it’s, here’s the vial!” He tossed it and I quickly opened it as soon as I caught it. The shadow quickly evaporated and just in time, I was about to pass out for no magic was in my system.

There was another silence, and I broke it, “Quinn stop hiding, I know you have a secret.” He stared at me and finally spoke.

“Isabelle, I admit I do. I’m not human either, I’m a vampire. You sensed I was different from the others.”

Who is Darkness?

Who is darkness, you know the darkness is after Isabelle. But, read this part of Chapter 4. Darkness is capitalized. He is a proper noun, a person. But who can darkness be?

Chapter 4: Circle of Darkness

    “Are you okay dear?” Someone was wiping my arm, but I couldn’t see because my vision was blurry. My vision slowly cleared and I could see clearly again.

    “Where am I?” I looked around, it was the Dark Circle members.

     A girl was holding my arm, and was wiping it, “We won’t hurt you, we just found you hurt. We couldn’t leave you there.”

    “Thanks guys.”

    “They really must be after you if they sent her after you, that’s Charlotte. Darkness’ daughter, she’s his favorite.”


Darkness when capitalized is the leader of the dark side, and darkness non capitalized is everyone on the dark side. It sounds confusing, but sorta makes sense.

    “Who is Darkness? I know why he’s after me.”

    “He’s the leader of the Dark side, he gets almost everything he wants because he’s so powerful. Except you, he doesn’t have you.”

Access

I have the story on Google Docs, I've been writing it lately. I know my friend Zaza and her cousin has access to the story as I am writing. I might let others read it. I have 2 unfinished versions, and one old version. I have the newest version in my hands, and not many can read it. If you beg I won't let you read it either, I might if you're my friend and you give my your Gmail I might grant you access.

I have a illustrator and an editor, and I need more people to give me their opinions about it before I release on the website for everyone else. I just need testers for the first book to make sure it isn't too grusume or scary. Volenteers may post at the end of this post. You can't share this with any others, or tell anyone what happens. The primary document is for you to read and me to write. If you want to make edits, you need to make your own copy to do so and send me the edited version.

Isabelle's Forms

Isabelle as a human has long brown hair, it's goes down to her shoulder. She wears blue contacts to hide her purple eyes. Her typical clothing is a purple hoodie, a pink tee shirt, and blue jeans. She does have a little dark magic while in human form but isn't as strong.

Now her true form, as a dark angel. She has black wings for darkness. Her hair is a darker brown than her human form. Her bangs is often cover one eye, sometimes left or sometimes right. She has purple eyes, piercing purple eyes. She typically wears a black dress and a dark blue robe. She sometimes wears a hoodie, shirt, and jeans, when she has no time to change outfit. She owns the Dark Blade, a powerful sword. She had the ability to awaken it for more power. She wears a purple crystal heart necklace, it glows at times of strength.

Meet Isabelle

This weeks character is Isabelle Brooks. She is a dark angel and considered part vampire. Not all dark angels are, but Isabelle is because the way she was reborn into darkness. She was changed by a vampire, and she was an angel. There is another way to create a dark angel from a human directly to dark angel, but that's more complicated. We'll find out more about that process next week when we meet Annabell, Isabelle's twin.

Isabelle had blond hair, until the werewolf attack. After that, she dyed her hair brown to disguise her look. She almost become a new person, she was an angel. She met her guardian angel Malcolm, he changed her life. After that, she was on the run from darkness. She was only ten at that time.

A few months later she got injured and found herself at a top secret government program made to protect her type. They know all about her, she reads her file and finds the missing key fact. She is a the Key to Darkness, and the Dark Side is after her.

She herself become darkness, she gets involved with a car crash. she barely survives. The only reason she is still alive was Quinn changed her as a last resort. She see the world in a whole new vision. She fights for light, but is darkness. She stopped life at age 15.

Understanding her circumstances, she goes on the run even more. She has been almost everywhere in the world. Darkness stops chasing her and head to her home town where they find one person. Her soulmate, Daniel Rockwell. They threaten her to come back or they will eliminate him, they captured him and are holding him hostage. She runs back and gets captured. All her friends find out and try to save her, will they save them both in time? Or will darkness take them both down? Read the books to find out.

Character Picture Contest

Okay, I've proposed a contest. I want some help with my characters, I need pictures. If you can create a character I like I will include your name and picture on my page. I will feature the winners on a page just for them. The characters don't have to be amine, but I prefer them to be. Character descriptions will be released later next week during February vacation. Good luck having your character picture chosen, don't forget I had an illustrator too. She will of course not be competing.

Isabelle's Words

I usually have an italicized area in the beginning, it's a lesson that is learned by Isabelle or maybe her past. Here's is the lesson form book one Dark Angel Awaken. What do you think? I put a lot of thought into this part of the book.

Fate isn’t always so kind. In my past fate had the the steering wheel and choose the path  we headed. First, it killed my family and left me alone as an angel. A week later a dark shadow started appearing in my visions and dreams. It left my life hanging on a string 2 months later, I had become darkness. I hadn’t been able to take the wheel back and steer my fate on the right path, but after what had happened I had to. I don’t want to lose more that I already did, my life, my family, and what was next? Your fate is in your hands, don’t let someone else control it. Take my words and don’t go through what I’ve been through, which is a lot of pain and sadness. Losing what meant the most to you. If fate hadn’t driven me I guess I wouldn’t be here, fate does have it’s way of working things out in the end.

Illustrator Hired

I now had a an illustrator for the characters, I can take them photo copy them and put them into the computer. I will upload them here for all to see. I've seen her pictures, they are really god and begged me for this unpaid job. Her name is Zahra Fatehi, an eigth grader and one of my closest friends. She thinks I can pull this book off and get it published. I might the youngest author in my generation, and she might be the youngest illustrator of our generation, but I have to finish the book first. The book is like my life, so it will be finished. I won't abandon this project like others I've started, but never finished. I've made it my goal to finish and finish I will. If anyone wants to try and draw pictures for the book or fan art go ahead, I'll just need to put up descriptions of the characters. Thanks!

Story Update

I've changed the story plan. You know how when you write you change your mind on ideas, that keeps happening. I've rewrote the beginning of Dark Angel Awaken, I'll post it on the blog post for you to check it out. Post what you think about it, was it better than my old beginning? I like it better.

I've changed Angel to a boy angel named Malcolm. Isabelle was a human until she was 10, Malcolm changed her to angel to save her life. She is in her second life as an angel.

Chapter 1: The Vision

           The night before the attack, I had a vision. What I didn’t know was that vision the event would change my life. I couldn’t control what happened that afternoon, I can’t change that now. I wish things were the way they were back then. I was only 10 years old when it all happened. I knew I had powers, I discovered them when I was 7. I just didn’t know enough magic that time.

In the vision the sky was blue and there was something wrong in the air. I was in the forest and heard a scream, it sounded like my brother’s. I hear a ripping sound and my parents scream. It’s snowing and the scene was blurry, it was hard to see through the snow. I see something grey, it looks like a wolf, but bigger. It looked hungry and I tried to run away. I woke up screaming, I sat up and looked at my palms. They were sweaty. I sighed, I didn’t want this to happen. This was the perfect winter vacation, and it wasn’t going to end well.

I got dressed and met my mother outside, she was piling up a pile of lumber. “Isabelle, would you help your father and brother collect firewood.”

I ran down a snowy path and saw my father and brother in a clearing chopping firewood. I picked up some from the big pile and headed back to the cabin. I dumped the logs into the growing pile and heard the scream. I remembered the vision, and ran toward the clearing. I heard my brother’s scream cut off and he was on the ground unable to move. I also saw my mother and father on the snowy ground, they were having trouble breathing.

I heard a growing sound and turned around. It was a werewolf, I never seen one in person before. I was scared and tried to run away, the werewolf jumped and I fell to the ground. I felt pain all over my body and couldn’t move. I felt more pain toward my ankle and I saw the snow was bloody. I got scared and tried to do something, nothing I tried worked. I just lay on the ground waiting for the rest.

A few minutes later I felt the weight lifted and looked. The wolf was off of me and on the ground with a knife in his back. I tried to move, but my bloody ankle didn’t move. It felt broken from the weight of his back legs. I saw a boy watching me, he walked closer to me and took my hand. He pressed in my hand and I felt energy flow through me as I was falling asleep. The last thing I heard before I fell asleep was him telling me I’d be okay. Who was he, why did he seem familiar?

I woke up at the hospital the next day, he was holding my hand. The pain was gone, replaced with a new feeling. A feeling I’ve never felt before. He took a look at me, his eyes were a beautiful brown. I felt as if I knew those brown eyes from before. We just stared at each other for a few minutes. He broke the silence, “Hi, I’m Malcolm. I’m your guardian angel.”

I blinked, “My guardian angel?” I paused and continued, “I’ve seen you before, you’ve been following me around.”

He rubbed his chin, “You’ve noticed me. Hmmm, I see you can sense things. Sorry if you felt I was stalking you.”

“Maybe a little, but you were there for me,” I shrugged. “It wasn’t that bad.”

“You need sleep, see you in the morning. We’ll talk some more later then.” Malcolm left the room and his halo glowed as he went outside the room. It was impossible, I was falling in love with my guardian angel.

The next morning I woke up and found a tray with 3 strips of bacon, pancakes, a glass of apple juice, and maple syrup on it. I also found a note on it, it was from Malcolm. It read, you are sweet as maple syrup. He was sweet, that was so nice to say. I looked up and saw his smile at the door of my hospital room.

He smiled and walked to my side, “Wow you are pretty. No wonder I fell in love with you when I first saw you.”

I gasped, “You are in love with me?”

Malcolm shrugged, “I guess I am, I can’t forget about you. I mean that in a way like I love you.”

“Me too, I never expected you to save me so many times.” I smiled, he laughed.

“You are so clumsy, all those times I saved you.” He chuckled a little, “You haven’t changed.” He held my hand and examined it.

“I feel different, not my normal self. I know you did something with my DNA.” I sighed.

He looked at me, “I see you know what happened, I saved your life again. I changed you to an angel to stop the pain.”

“An angel, such an interesting creature. White wings, the key to flying.” I took a look at me hand and smiled. “You are cute.”

“How can we fall in love? I’m not supposed to, that’s breaking the rules.” He scratched his head and paced back and fourth. “Oh well.”

Someone else walked into the room, it was Mr. White, he was my father’s friend. He had gone to medical school and become a doctor. “Nice to see you again Isabelle, it’s been many years.”

“It has, about 3 years now.” I thought to myself and realized, “When I discovered my powers.” I murmured the last part, I knew the rules about magic. No one could find out, or the death penalty.

“Let’s see how you are doing,” he picked up the clipboard on the side table. “Good, good, good. You seem fine, just your ankle is damaged.”

“Probably forever,” I murmured under my breath.

“You will need a brace and crutches. I can arrange that.” John was scribbling on his clipboard and Malcolm sent me a mind thought. You’ll need help, you have magic. You just don’t know how to use it yet.

I can sorta use my magic, not very controlled.

Once you start training you will get better.

No problem, it’s part of the job.

The next few days passed and I started magic lessons. I was so-so with magic, but I’ve been getting better. Malcolm had been a big help with that, I was glad he was there. Or I wouldn’t be here now, I would be with my family. I pray for them to be happy and together, one day I would join them and we would be reunited.

Blog Problems

I had to take out the story page because the computer was going me problems and screwing up the story. I will post a preview only now and post updated on how long it will take to finish the story instead of the whole story. Sorry, I need to do this. I will post the whole story when it's done, it'll be much easier for me. If I could only publish my book and release it as a paperback.

I made my youtube all about this book, well somewhat. You can see the videos I made for the book series, right now there are only 2. I'm working on one for the whole series without and spoilers. I really hope these books come out great. I wanted to do this, and won't stop until I finish. I won't give up on this project.

Story Style Update

I was thinking about how I was going to write the books. I finally decide on making each book into three parts, I will upload each book part by part. I will post when I upload each part, I'm working on the separation. I'm currently working on part one of Dark Angel Awaken, it include around chapters 1-4. I might change that later.
